Myelodysplastic / Myeloproliferative Diseases
Myelodysplastic/myeloproliferative diseases are clonal myeloid disorders having both dysplastic and proliferative features.1 Three major myeloid disorders constitute this group:2
Chronic myelomonocytic leukemia (CMML)
Atypical chronic myeloid leukemia (aCML), and
Juvenile myelomonocytic leukemia (JMML)
Although these diseases are extremely rare, they can be life threatening.
